1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KeepPostd, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you are using KeepPostd on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

KeepPostd is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows freelancers and agencies to create client status pages for project updates. The service includes:

• Creation of client hubs and project status pages
• Posting and managing project updates
• Sharing status pages via unique links
• Email notifications to subscribers
• Analytics and reporting features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use KeepPostd, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use KeepPostd to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or share illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service for any fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to KeepPostd ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure you have the rights to share it. We do not monitor or endorse User Content.

6. Intellectual Property

KeepPostd and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KeepPostd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our service without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Subscriptions

Some features of KeepPostd require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges until you cancel

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Refunds

We may offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@keeppostd.com for refund requests.

8. Free Trial

We may offer free trials of paid features. At the end of the trial:

• Your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel
• You will be charged the applicable subscription fee

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
• Outages caused by factors outside our control
• Data loss resulting from service disruptions

We recommend maintaining your own backups of important data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KeepPostd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KeepPostd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason with 30 days notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
